We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days. Express delivery: 1–3 business days. Timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier. Remote and rural addresses may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $250 AUD.
Packaging & Temperature Control
All peptide compounds are shipped in temperature-appropriate packaging to protect product integrity during transit. Products are packaged discreetly with no external branding indicating the contents. We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor delivery progress through the carrier's website.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions for collection or redelivery. The Renewal Lab is not responsible for orders returned to sender due to incorrect address details provided at checkout or failure to collect from a delivery facility.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us at info-the-renewel-lab@proton.me within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at info-the-renewel-lab@proton.me. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
